A breezy, authentic escape on Bald Head Island. Just 650 feet from South Beach, our home offers expansive ocean vistas, privacy, and the ideal layout for two families or a group of friends to relax and recharge.
THE LIVING SPACE & KITCHEN
Inside, you’ll find a bright and cavernous reverse floor plan with the main living, upsized kitchen, and dining areas upstairs to maximize the ocean vistas. Grand windows on three sides flood the space with natural light, while a completely equipped kitchen with granite countertops offers everything you need to prepare and gather. Whether you're appreciating beverages at the bar, reading in the great room, or playing board games at the dining table, there's plenty of room to connect with your people.

The screened porch, with comfortable, upholstered chairs, and adjoining sun deck offer the ideal places to sip morning coffee, listen to the surf, or watch ships glide by on the ocean and Cape Fear River.

Our lot on a peaceful cul-de-sac provides lush greenery and wildlife sightings—from deer to ospreys. You are just a short block from the sand and a fast trip to the Bald Head Island Club.

-- TRANSPORTATION: Two golf carts (one 6-seater and one 4-seater) plus a trailer for beach gear.
-- BEACH GEAR: 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, and a stash of sand toys.
-- BICYCLES: Access to at least two adult bicycles (subject to condition).
-- TECH: High-speed Mesh Wi-Fi, big screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker system throughout the top floor and porches.
