Wonderful oceanfront home with fantastic ocean vistas! This Hobbs Intelligent Home has 4 bedrooms (2K,1Q, 2T) and 4 bathrooms, and open living and dining areas. Take advantage of the private beach access or appreciate the ocean breezes from one of the covered porches. The wood-burning fireplace makes this a year-round place to relax! (The owner does not provide firewood). Outdoor shower on the boardwalk.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more.
