Amazing ocean and strand vistas await you in this pretty oceanfront heaven, located on the best part of the island. This Hobbs Intelligent Home (1K, 3Q, 3T, 1BB) has it all; two living rooms for plenty of space, the main living room has a 55" TV, a dining area that seats eight, a sizable kitchen with bar seating, cavernous oceanfront deck with two levels for shade and sun, and a street-side private pool (open from Easter - October). You are just steps away from the white sand beach, ocean, or pool to relax and play! Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
