The upstairs unit comes refreshed with all of the modern amenities and invites you to relax into vacation mode as you look out at the beach from the balcony or sunroom. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the TV for you and your guests to watch your favorite team or movie. There is additional seating with a couch and armchair that creates a welcoming gathering space. Prepare your favorite meals in the completely supplied kitchen and savor as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and painless access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds ideal for the kids. There is a pull out couch bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely remodeled and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! No expense was spared with this complete overhaul- including new floor, walls/tile, decor, furnishings, fresh appliances, and more! Plenty of space to relax around the big screen TV with an upsized comfortable couch and chair. The bathroom is roomy and attractively tiled and features a double vanity!

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and The Clubs at St. James. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.   • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
