Savor a extravagant experience in a brand new modern home (constructed 2024) that is walking distance from the waterfront, the Wilmington Riverwalk, Riverside Park, and Live Oak Pavilion.
Outside, you can appreciate a front porch swing, an upper balcony with seating and ceiling fans off of the primary suite and a private fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs to savor.
Indoors, enjoy an open floor plan on the first floor that includes a freshly furnished living area along with a completely equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a desk with lighting and electrical outlets for your phone and laptop. You'll also enjoy a sizable pantry/closet in the dining room that is light and bright with seating for six. You'll also find a well equipped laundry room with washer/dryer, a drying rack, iron and ironing board, mop and vacuum for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find a primary bedroom suite and two additional bedrooms, along with an additional full bath. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of clothing storage with hangers supplied. Each room has a suitcases rack and laundry hamper for added convenience.
