Located just across the street from the beach access, this peaceful complex has a private sound side beach for swimming and launching kayaks or paddle boards, a tennis court, gated pool, and a serene residential ambiance. Wake up each morning with broad vistas of the crystal-clear waters of the iconic Intracoastal Waterway that is teeming with birds and sea life. The vertical floor plan provides a magnificent sense of privacy that is unmatched and extremely unique. Come experience the magic that awaits!

As you enter this pretty condo, you are greeted by the striking sound vistas and the pristine kitchen complete with shiplap details. Featuring granite counter tops, reverse osmosis water filtration system, stainless steel appliances, enormous pantry, and an open concept living space, the kitchen really is the heart of this impressive home. There is bar seating and a dining table that will accommodate up to six guests. Several board games come in handy for evening or rainy-day entertainment. Snuggle up on the couch and spend hours bird watching, reading, or catching up on your favorite shows. Grab a pair of binoculars and head out to the deck to watch the sea life or catch a spectacular sunset. Composite decking ensures a splinter complimentary outdoor experience! There is a guest room with a queen bed, twin bed, and TV on this living level. A full bathroom off the entry way services this bedroom as well as your visitors.

Upstairs you will find the second guest bedroom and roomy sound front primary suite. The guest room features a private bathroom, queen bed, and TV to ensure your guests have all the privacy and amenities of home. Furnished with a extravagant king-sized bed, the primary suite is the ultimate getaway. Sizable sliding glass doors provide an extraordinary view of the Intracoastal Waterway and leads to your own private deck. The garage is available to guests and provides beach chairs, beach cart, bicycles, a refrigerator for additional storage, and crab pots. Spend warm summer evenings cruising the island by bicycle and soak up the island life. Rent a kayak or paddle board from SUP and set off on an early morning excursion through the winding paths of seagrass in the handsome clear waters to start your day. The beach is roughly a 2-min. walk from the condo and simple to access, so this home offers the best of both worlds! The possibilities and vistas are endless at “Sea La Vie @ WB”!

******There is a boat slip that is not automatically supplied with the rental that may be offered to renters upon request. Access to the boat slip requires approval and may not be guaranteed. If approved, no boats over 23 feet in length are allowed and additional boat relocation costs will apply, no exceptions. Please call our office to inquire before booking your stay. This slip is for one boat only, no double parking. Floating lifts are prohibited and there is not space for boat trailers. Guests will need to secure boat trailer parking offsite and will be responsible for any fines related to not following these HOA rules.

The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. There is a community dock that guests may fish from but private property, such as boats, are not to be touched or otherwise disturbed.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
