Spring rental rates are (only weekly units) to begin the week of May 22rd-June 5th, 2027, with rental of $3,110.00. The weeks of June 5th - August 7th weekly rental amounts are $3,495.00. August 7th to August 21st rental weekly amount is $3,110.00 In the fall off season the rental season starts on 8/22/2026 to 12/31/26, for a weekly rate of $2710.00. Winter rental will be $2900.00 per month including utilities. One month winter rental is the minimum. Winter units run from September15th 2026, until May 15,2027. Winter 2026/2027 Rental monthly rate will be $2900.00 a month including utilities of cable, water, sewer and electric. Departure cleaning will also be applied separately for monthly winter units. Winter units for 2027 will begin September 15th 1, 2026, to May15th, 2027.
