This bespoke freshly constructed home includes an elevator, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). A massive entirely equipped kitchen, vistas from everywhere you stand in the open Living, Dining, Kitchen. 3 upsized balconies! and parking for 5 cars.

THE SECOND FLOORING includes two primary bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 has a KING size bed, bespoke walk in shower with cavernous vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and appreciating your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, en suite bathroom with tub and big sky vistas over the wetlands.

The second floor is also where the laundry room is located making dropping beach towels, etc on the way in from your day at the beach a breeze.

THE THIRD FLOORING includes three bedrooms:

Bedroom #3 is a primary bedroom with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #4 has peek-a-boo ocean vistas and features two bespoke constructed in bunk beds with individual lighting and shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).

Bedroom #5 has two QUEEN size beds and vistas overlooking the wetlands.

THE TOP FLOORING: Is an open floor plan with countless vistas of the Lake and the ocean. Ideal for entertaining. This huge open floor plan includes an upsized well outfitted kitchen with seating for 10 @ the dining table. A comfortable living area with a 65" TV and 6' long fireplace with a enormous deck that towers over the Lake with vistas from every angle.
Carolina Beach Lake is a .7 mile loop great for walking, cycling and birding. It includes swings, paddle boats, and more!
