This spacious beach home features four well-appointed bedrooms and three beautiful bathrooms. The generous layout is ideal for accommodating family and guests, providing luxury, comfort, and privacy.



On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the laundry room. The first bedroom has impressive vistas of the intracoastal water way, and is equipped with 2 bunk style beds, twin over full, intelligent TV, with an attached jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Attached, you will find the second bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean vistas, equipped with a king bed, intelligent TV, and access to the jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity, intelligent TV, while providing a private escape within the home.



The top floor of the home offers an open-concept living space that creates an inviting ambiance, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area and a bedroom with an adjustable king sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Giant windows flood the interior with natural light and offer expansive vistas of the surrounding coastal landscape. Sit back and appreciate the electric fireplace, and 65 inch intelligent TV. This Pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
