The back porch opens to an broad green yard with a majestic live oak tree and the natural beauty of Masonboro Sound. This property is named MoonBeam after the thousands of moonbeams that dance over the water on rising moons. It is a site where families gather to celebrate and be together. And it is a place of peaceful respite and porch rocking.

Often, there is a breeze off the water. There are multiple places in the yard to play and relax. Several picnic table and groupings of chairs allow everybody to visit together or read privately or even kick soccer balls.

Located at the water end of Trails End Road, it is a 5 min. walk from 604 Trails End to the complimentary public boat ramp and public dock for fishing. Kayaks and canoes as well as motor boats use this area to launch.

The home has three upstairs bedrooms and two upstairs baths. All bedrooms have water vistas. Downstairs has a dining areas inside and outside. A living room area facing the water provides a peaceful and cool area after a busy summer day. A den with two comfortable couches for stretching out has a tv and a big mix of board games.
