One mile from municipal golf course, long leaf park and UNCW. 6 mins from Airlie Gardens, 12 mins from Wrightsville beach with its warm gentle waves, and soft sand, or discover downtown Wilmington 15 mins. away with many breweries, stores, cafes, and eateries.
