THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! This charming home is located within walking distance of center of town with stores, putt putt, eateries, ice cream, and more! It is the ideal spot to appreciate a coastal calming vacation. Callao is an oceanfront property with gorgeous vistas! You will have a private beach access which includes an outdoor shower.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 7 cars. There is a private pool, private beach access and outdoor shower (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details) Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. The first floor has a cavernous kitchen completely supplied with everything you will need to savor a meal by the sea. This includes 2 full sized fridges! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille and six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make check-in smooth!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all 7-nighttime stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends).   • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
