This floor, with a half step-up in some areas, has a wraparound deck covering over 90% of the exterior/perimeter of the home, with amazing ocean vistas. This deck also has a sizable covered gazebo with exposure to the ocean and west/sunset vistas.

Half flight of stairs up: ocean-facing QUEEN bedroom with direct access to the gazebo/deck, maritime forest facing QUEEN bedroom with deck access to the gazebo, a maritime forest facing kids’ bedroom with 2 SETS OF TWIN BEDS (sleeping 4 kids) and a full bathroom with tub/shower for this half floor.
