This beautiful one-level beach home has everything you need for a memorable island vacation. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom bungalow features marsh and Intracoastal Waterway vistas and a fast walk to the close by private beach access which is about 100 yards away (approx. 4 min). Savor the French countryside inspired décor inside with tiled showers and luxury tiled floors throughout the home. The thoughtfully-equipped kitchen for mealtime preparations and appliances including Keurig, slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and other amenities.

The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Appreciate calming marsh vistas as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grille. Enjoy an evening drink while you view marsh wildlife including deer, heron, egrets as well as the rare bobcat. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys included), you can appreciate the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water.
