The condo (located across from the Morningstar Marina) provides you a relaxing space that is just a short walk away from the Southport Historic Yacht Basin and downtown business district. The building provides tons of amenities including your personal carport parking and an elevator.

We adhere to Vrbo's most lenient cancellation policy, providing full refunds for guests/travelers who cancel before 14 days of arrival. We will adjust/edit your reservations if needed. The condo features intelligent TVs throughout (3 total), a comfortable king size bed in the primary (en suite) bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a huge accessible step-in shower. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with private access to a bath that has a huge whirlpool soaking tub with shower. There are 9" grab bars in both bathing areas and a shower bench and elevated toilet seat are available for those who may need additional accommodations. All linens/towels are supplied. Each bedroom has a enormous walk-in closet to store all your belongings.

The living room area has a couch, recliner and 3 comfortable chairs providing plenty of seating options. There is a 4-chair dining area with a glass top table and a bar area with 4 barstools.
