Fine and Sandy-3 Bedroom 2.5 bath. Attractively decorated, light and airy beach bungalow. Covered front porch on the front and a deck on the back of the home with Outside shower H/C. Totally remodeled 2019. Freshly painted inside and out, new furnishings, luxury vinyl plank and tile for floor, new stainless steel appliances offer this home the WOW factor. Home is centrally located in an area close to the beach, stores, eateries, golf, a pier, ice cream stores, parks and nature trails, mini golf an arcade, nighttime life and a grocery store. You may park your boat in the yard if you need to and we have multiple ramps close by to launch your boat. Your furry friends are allowed and there is a charcoal grille to grille out and hang around in the backyard with your friends and family after a long day at the beach. This home is not far from Southport and it's fishing village feel with stores and eateries on the water. Our a fast ferry ride over to Ft. Fisher and the Aquarium. There is also a ferry to esteemed and gorgeous Balk Head Island.
