Conveniences include central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, wood floors, covered porch, a entirely outfitted kitchen, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, dishwasher, wireless internet access, flat screen TVs, extended cable, a grille, and a washer and dryer.
