This home is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The enormous, entirely equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely outfitted. It features striking granite counters, a bespoke backsplash, and an upsized table with seating for ten. The open floor plan flows into the family room complete with a sizable flat-screen intelligent TV and crystal-clear sound bar for you to appreciate your favorite music or show as you prepare up your latest catch of the day. New Horizons has two King master suites- one on the second floor with extraordinary marsh vistas and the other on the first floor facing the ocean. Downstairs you will find two more huge bedrooms connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.   • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
