The covered area under the home is the ideal place to have a shrimp boil on the two picnic tables or stay covered while cooking on the gas grille. The covered back porch overlooks the pool and offers respite from the sun and wind. There are many places to congregate and play games or watch handsome sunsets.

This beautiful vacation rental features an open floor plan featuring an refreshed kitchen with ocean vistas and space for all the chefs in the family including stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops next to an upsized dining table with ample bench seating to accommodate family. The kitchen and dining areas open into the sizable living room which includes generous seating and a enormous screen TV with intelligent features and a DVD library all with the same gorgeous ocean vistas. The high-speed internet accepts streaming on all devices including HD Roku TVs in each room. The pocket doors on one side of the home are ideal for separate families or young kids to provide a peaceful space on one side of the home or while you wash a load of clothes.

The bedroom layout is ideal with two bedrooms separated by one bathroom on each side of the home. The two front bedrooms (king and queen) have exceptional ocean vistas. All bedrooms have ample light, clothing storage, ceiling fans, as well as blinds and curtains for those that enjoy dark sleeping quarters.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating or cooling fee is required for each day a guest requests these services. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
