This handsome 2nd row "nest egg" will have you feeling right at home. Not only is this home beautiful on the inside with elegant wood floor throughout, but the ocean vistas are to die for! You can appreciate them from your choice of two ocean-facing covered porches. Just a short walk from either side of this home and you are at the beach! Or, you can cool off in your own private swimming pool, savor the fenced yard, and lounge by the fire pit. Take an simple elevator ride to all floors of this home - no hauling groceries or suitcases up the stairs!

Top Level:
The reverse floor plan accepts you to experience those ocean vistas from the comfort of your living room, as well as from the master suite on this level. The master suite features a cavernous bathroom with double vanities, tile floor, private water closet, and a sizable walk-in tile shower. Everyone will appreciate getting together in the open floor plan living, dining and kitchen where you can relax or have a fun family game or movie nighttime. If it rains, no worries, as gracious owners have supplied many games for your enjoyment. When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends).
