Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home features spectacular ocean vistas from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin couch bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Every room has a TV with a Roku and freshly upgraded golf carts, with refurbished 4- passenger cart and brand new 2021 6- passenger cart. The home also has an ice maker.

Tips to get the perfect vacation home experience:

Find your perfect rental:

• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

• Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
• Record any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute is filed.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your peace. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
