This waterway home located in the private subdivision of Pointe West gives you spectacular vistas of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway! Watch the deer and other wildlife roam the marsh. Ocean view from 3 of the bedrooms and office nook. Savor calming by your own private pool. Simple walk to the beach. Private beach access located at the end of the street (between 1049 & 1053 OBW). Striking gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second refrigerator/freezer is located on the ground floor, along with a commercial ice maker for simple access when relaxing by the pool, grilling out and filling coolers. Separate sitting area on first level equipped with TV. Fresh paint and décor in all common areas exudes a beachy vibe. All the amenities for a memory-making vacation!

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heater will not be turned on May-August. ***

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
