This 6-bedroom, 6-bath home (2K, 4Q, 1QSS) has an inverted floor plan with a sizable open living and dining area with generous seating for all. The huge gourmet kitchen, five flat-screen TVs, many roomy gathering areas, and the outdoor grilling area make this home the ideal place for all to relax and be bound together by lifetime memories. The private beach access and handsome fenced-in pool (open from Easter - October) make it simple to go from saltwater to a exhilarating swim.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your vacation rental.
