The living room provides a comfortable setting for your vacation, whether you're calming on the couch with a book or appreciating one of the various board games available for your use.

The broad dining table comfortably accommodates six adults, making it ideal for family dinners. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you need to create a chef-inspired meal, and with charming ocean vistas right in front of you, you won't miss out on the fun while cooking. All kitchen appliances are new.

This unit comfortably accommodates four guests, with Bedroom #1 featuring a new Beautyrest King bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a private full bath with a walk-in shower, along with a gorgeous ocean view! Bedroom #2 is equipped with a Queen bed, a 60-inch TV, a ceiling fan, and a shared full hall bath with a tub/shower combo, offering a view of the canal.

Swimming pools are open each year from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pool heating is not available for the Water's Edge pool. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units
