You will be calming in a one-bedroom condo with full amenities that include wireless Internet, all linens, a kitchen, and a separate living room. Appreciate beautiful vistas from your balcony that overlooks the Cape Fear River. Everything you'll need within walking distance, eateries, pubs breweries, historic tours, and of course Live Oak Amphitheatre.

We require all guests on the reservation to submit picture IDs at least one day prior to arrival so if this is an issue please book elsewhere. If we don't receive this information it will delay your check-in time.

~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, modest bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.
~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd event bookings allowed. THEY WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND
~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.
~ Additional costs of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.
~ This property is NOT available for events or social gatherings of any sort and is only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY.
