Guests have access to all of the main home. Including laundry room and all outdoor spaces.

The garage and one owner's closet are for owners use only.

Other things to note
For bookings lasting 14 days or longer, a weekly cleaning is required (starting on day 14, and every 7 to 10 days after that) which incurs an additional cleaning fee per cleaning ($195). We will work with you to arrange the day and time that works best for you. The cleaning includes new sheets, towels and general cleaning of the entire home.
