Enormous porch on the back for rocking and appreciating the shade as well as a sun deck with constructed-in benches for catching some rays! Stunning dune vistas behind the home, which backs up to a wildlife habitat and wooded area. Rest and relax in this great beach hideaway! Beach access is roughly 325 yards at 301 OBW.
