It includes cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, drip coffeemaker and Keurig, and an assortment of accessories. Unit has washer/dryer combo for effortlessly washing wet towels and swimsuits. Back patio overlooks the marsh - soooo calming!. Basic towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body soap are supplied.
