Brand new construction on Brunswick Avenue West! This handsome island home has everything you need for the ideal beach vacation and new for 2025, a private swimming pool! Check back for photos in the spring of 2025!

Outside you will find plenty of decking to relax and savor the ocean breezes and island vistas. There is a picnic table for dining al fresco, a swing to relax and appreciate lazy days, and a gas grille to prepare the ideal meal. This owner also provides corn hole boards and bags to enjoy in the enormous yard and a beach wagon for convenience.

Inside you will find 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. No attention to detail was spared with high-end appliances and quality furnishings and beds.
