Enclosed single car garage and tandem parking for up to four total cars. Garage includes beach wagon and gear, ping pong table, a full size additional refrigerator and freezer, and two adult bicycles for exploring Pleasure Island.

Parking:

One car may park in the garage under the building. A second car may park in front of the garage and up to two additional cars can park in tandem to the right of the driveway. For additional parking options, please visit the Town of Carolina Beach website. Note that Town parking at the Scallop Beach entrance area is designated for paid golf carts only.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed. Owner has dogs.



Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

History lovers can walk the breathtaking, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in fashionable spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is simple, too, with multiple local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
