Welcome to "The Regency!" You will be living the "sweet life" on this modern, impeccably constructed and designed houseboat that offers all the amenities of home, including two living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, two beds, two baths, designer furnishings, and a deck to appreciate the sunsets on the Cape Fear River. Close to everything! Appreciate an onsite restaurant and entertainment pier, where concerts and festivals are held. Stroll the Riverwalk for spectacular vistas, shopping, eateries, and entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire houseboat. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but you'll have access to the rest of the home.

• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
• Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
