This condo is located in a handsome, friendly, peaceful & safe community just one block from the freshly remodeled mall, seconds away from O2 exercise Gym, 10 mins from Downtown and 15 mins from Wrightsville beach! A ideal space if you work from home.
In the bedroom you find a king size, Lull therapeutic bed for the most calming sleep. Minimal, Mid-century decor in the roomy & comfortable living room that is also equipped with a 65 inch tv. A freshly modernized & chic bathroom and a chic, white, retro kitchen with brand new appliances.

HOME RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all home rules:

* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your account and a picture of it sent to the host.
* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.
* Booking event must be present at the time of check in, no third event bookings allowed.
* 2 people max
* No family pets + No smoking - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.
