This adorable 3 bedroom bungalow offers all of the appeal, comfort and convenience expected in a modern coastal home! Ideal for groups of any size from couples to families and pup friendly with a entirely enclosed backyard. New furnishings, superb linens, beautiful design are the signature at Peachtree. Located in the heart of Wilmington’s “Midtown” you will have fast access to both our gorgeous beaches and the Historic Riverfront. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, friendly getaway for guests, families and pet owners to savor all seasons!


Freshly remodeled, this home is set up to ensure a calming, fun and extremely comfortable visit. From the cozy rocking chair front porch, to the completely fenced backyard and patio you will appreciate an expertly supplied and styled home away from home. While not exploring some of the amazing local eateries you will find the kitchen fully outfitted for all cooking styles with a gas range, ample cookware and plenty of serveware. Caffeinating styles are also top priority with a Keurig, quality drip coffee maker and teapot supplied. New hybrid, memory foam linens ensure quality rest, along with a private office area for working remotely.
The bungalow is equipped with new intelligent TV’s and high speed Spectrum internet.
Savor morning coffee or sunset drinks under the patio lights year round in the private backyard! A propane grille, outdoor dining area and firepit offer the ideal setup for cool Carolina evenings or summer nights when fresh grilled seafood and s’mores are in season:)
Within one mile of the home is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, Harris Teeter and Trader Joe’s as well as one of our favorite city parks and dog park. You are also mins. to the cross city trail, our pedestrian system that connects the beach to the Riverfront. The current setup offers a King and Queen bedroom. Twin trundle bed with new hybrid beds in 3rd bedroom/private office. A pack and play, stroller and highchair can be available upon request. A $65per pet fee applies to visiting pups.
