Come savor a peaceful Oak Island vacation at this mid-century modern beach home. Ideal location for families with walkable, low traffic access to the beach. The public beach and sound boat access points are a little over 500 feet from the home. Unwind and listen to the ocean from the front porch of this third-row home. The west end of the island is primarily residential homes with only a few modest condos mixed in. Historic Southport and Wilmington are close by (25 min and 40 min respectively) with a little over an hour drive to Myrtle Beach.

The home was purchased in the summer of 2017 and is ready to rent now. I will be updating the decor over time with photos to reflect changes. The existing carpet in the photos has been replaced with vinyl plank floor.

Linens/towels are supplied and included in the cleaning fee.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.
