This pretty ocean front duplex is ideal for watching charming sunsets and sunrises! It features additional enormous porches to appreciate the vistas of the gated neighborhood. It is equipped with two fridges and a commercial ice maker that produces 100 lbs of ice a day in the storage room. Home has 6 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms sleeping 16 total. TV's in all bedrooms, WIFI included for guest use. Ideal vacation spot for sizable families or groups of friends!

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels supplied but can be rented.

When to book a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. To book the best rental home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
