Summary:
Welcome to Surf Station 1 constructed right on the Texas Ave beach access, which is one of the most fashionable surfing spots on the island! This ground level end unit 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment was refreshed in 2021 and is surprisingly cavernous! Ocean vistas from your bedroom and living room and you're less than 30 steps before your toes hit the sand! There is an outdoor shower too!

The Space:
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units (including bicycles and golf cart units).

Guest Access:
Two parking spaces directly in front of apartment. Bikes and Golf Cart community, please let us know if you need helping finding a rental company.

Conveniently located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away!
