Emerge refreshed with some cavernous time on the beach. Time to book those Girl Weekends, Golf Trip, Summer Vacations, or Fall Retreats. Great Prices! Come to the gem of the Brunswick Islands: Ocean Isle Beach. Join us at McOxie Beach House. Spread out in our huge 4 bedroom/4 bath 1st level unit & park under the building for shade. There are only 6 units in the building, so avoid the busy resorts & come stay in our getaway. The building has an elevator & outdoor shower. Attractively decorated & comfortable for a calming vacation in a laid-back community. Ideal for family trips, girl weekends, fall & spring golf trips, & retreats. Plan a beach wedding by the ocean and have your reception at The Isles Restaurant poolside at the resort. This is a great place to make memories & build relationships. Inquire about monthly winter units for December, January, & February. Watch video for view of sand path to the beach from the unit. 3-4 min. walk.

Located on the west side of the island, you are a 3-4 min. walk from the ocean (2.5 blocks). Savor breakfast on the deck with vistas the ocean, watch the turtles in the pond below swim, & view the sound on the other side in serenity.

Take a nap or savor Disney +, Hulu, and ESPN.

The common areas flow seamlessly. Chat, watch TV or a movie in the family room while others put together a puzzle & play cards at the dining table or eat snacks at the bar. Grille at the covered parking while relaxing in the hammock. Appreciate a cookout dinner on the deck. The kitchen is well-supplied & well labeled for ease of use. The floor plan promotes togetherness, but also offers private bedroom solace. A peaceful spot on the back porch is the ideal way to end your daily adventures watching the birds, turtles, and ducks.

Your stay includes the Islander Resort Ocean front pool, infant pool, hot tub, & lounge chairs. Simple access to the ocean from the pool and painless parking at the pool, if you do not want to walk. There is a tiki bar & restaurant right beside the pool for a meal without leaving the ocean front. Many visitors like to rent golf carts as the main mode of transportation. Find your inner fisherman or leisurely bicycle the 3.5 mile island.

There are infant booster seats in the closet off the family room as well as tv drawer outfitted with games. We partner with a linen company that will have your beds made when you arrive-should you want this optional service. (Linens not supplied). Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Ocean Isle Beach and Brunswick Islands Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Planet Fun and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer time is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
