Updates include NEW HVAC, BRAND NEW EPOXY FLOORS- one of kind design- you have to see it to believe it, newly painted walls, new water heaters, new plumbing, updated furnishings, D/W, W/D, private enclosed outside shower, 2 car parking and more. The octagonal deck is ONLY accessible from WAVE WONDER or if you rent the full home WAVE SHACK. It is not accessible through a Sand Shack only rental.
