"Pool Oasis" is just so darn cool that you won't want to get out of the pool. *The pool is open from April 15 - October 15 and the hot tub is available year round!* Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac and only a few blocks to the beach, this 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is sure to make your heart sing. It’s ideal for a family or two trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and it will sleep up to 16 if you want to bring the whole family. With its seven royal palm trees, six-person hot tub and one of the biggest private pools on the island with an 8' high water slide for the kids, you won't want to leave.

Imagine the luxury of having a one of the biggest private pools on the island to yourself. If that's not enough, hop in the hot tub for a calming soak and watch your troubles slip away. There's ample decking and patio areas in the fenced in back yard for grilling out, socializing, sunbathing, sitting around the stone firepit, or making loads of great memories. Pool hours are 7:00AM to 11:00PM. The Town of Carolina Beach has peaceful hours from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., so please be aware of the noise created when gathering in the outside areas as the sound carries. Please adhere to the pool and peaceful hours as this property is located in a residential area. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four intelligent TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with premium channels, a DVD player and even two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed.

While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find stores, eateries, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a walk around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. • To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
