Welcome to Captains Quarters! A striking 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home, ideal for a calming hideaway. With accommodations for up to 6 guests, this comfortable getaway offers a cozy and homey ambiance. The completely fenced backyard is a true getaway, ideal for unwinding or dining al fresco. Inside, the roomy living room provides a ideal space to relax and savor your favorite shows or movies. The dining area is ideal for entertaining or appreciating your morning brew. This property also offers the convenience of a private driveway with two parking spaces and a one-stall garage. Whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay, this cozy and inviting home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Master Suite: Queen Bed and two nightstands. Under the bed storage and modest shelf with Intelligent TV. Ensuite Bath.
Master Bathroom: Walk In Closet, Full Size Tub/Shower Combo, Single Sink with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 1: Used as an office with bespoke fold-out queen murphy bed.
Guest Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single sink set into Double Vanity with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Two Nightstands.
Laundry Closet: Washer/Dryer, Storage Shelving

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Dogs and Cats are allowed. Up to two family pets total at one time; no weight restrictions. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent pets are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking 
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.     
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Downtown Wilmington is steeped in history, filled with attractions, and offers all the enticing eateries and stores of a major city, while retaining its modest-town coastal appeal. Surrounded by the Cape Fear River, the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean, a world class beach is a stones throw in any direction from Wilmington.

Wrightsville Beach is a oceanside town named as one of the world’s best surf towns by National Geographic, and is the ideal place to practice all water sports. Get a true feel for island life and experience the uncrowded shore and mild temperatures of Wrightsville Beach, where you could be fishing, paddle boarding, or shelling in crystal-clear waters, or just appreciate long, charming walks on NC’s most accessible beach. 20 mins. further down the peninsula, you will find the oceanside towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
• Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
