When to book & When to go:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • To get the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities.
