At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the home! It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely striking vistas. You can see the ocean and marsh from this spot… plus, there's marvelous constructed-in seating to take advantage of! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well.
