Ocean FRONT bungalow with plenty of beach to play! On the East end of the island, where you have the beach to yourself! Sleeps up to 15 in this 4 bedrooms and 2 baths home. Expansive vaulted ceilings make this open concept living room, dining area and kitchen feel bright and beachy. New furnishings in the living room with flat panel T.V. and DVD player. Brand new laminate floor throughout, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Expansive oceanfront decking, 30 foot by 40 foot with a covered porch for shade. 14 steps to the sand!!!! All bedrooms have flat screen T.V.s, 1 DVD player, wireless internet access, outside shower, washer/dryer, gas grille. Central Air. Non-smoking, dogs allowed with proper consent from owner.

Sleeps 15. Linens: King, Queen and Single/Single bunk, Single w/Single trundle, Double and Double/Single bunk and Queen air bed. The home accommodates multiple families because of the layout that divides the bedrooms. Check availability for LAST MINUTE SPECIALS!

Note: 2 of the 15 count for sleeping arrangements includes a deluxe queen air bed in the living room.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

• Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
