• Summer is high season in Oak Island. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants.
• The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
