• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities. • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early.
