????Included for your stay: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pool towels, cleaning supplies & trash bags to get you through your stay. We also supply clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap so you don't have to run back out to the store.

Please Note:

No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio (We have ground-level seating for this)
No family pets in this unit, the unit is pet-complimentary - a $300 fine for any pet on the property

Guest Access:
High Tide Hideaway is the LEFT side (from the road) of a duplex - Unit 1. The outside of the duplex has the sign "Breaking Free". We have parking for 4 - 5 cars depending on size. The elevator is on the ground level (outside) and reaches all floors. An entrance to stairs is also on ground level.

Carolina Beach, North Carolina is the ideal coastal hideaway packed with fun for everybody. Spend your days relaxing on the sandy beach, paddleboarding or surfing the waves, or exploring the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its stores, arcade, and classic oceanside eats like Britt’s Donuts. Take one of the bicycles and cruise around town, hike the breathtaking trails at Carolina Beach State Park, or head out on a boat tour to spot dolphins and take in the sunset. From beach bars and live music to fishing off the dock, paddleboarding, and weekly fireworks in the summer, there’s always something happening in this vibrant, laid-back beach town.

*** Hurricane season: We are in a hurricane-prone area, and each year we face threats from approaching storms. Refunds are only issued if the city issues an evacuation order, requiring you to leave the island for safety. Unfortunately, weather conditions alone do not qualify for refunds unless they become life-threatening.

High tides or erosion may limit beach access or sandy areas and conditions can change daily. No refunds are issued for natural changes to the shoreline. Beach re-nourishment to start in November and finish in April. This helps keep our beach safe from erosion. Please note we have no control over this project.

NOTE: North End of CB is experiencing erosion. Renourishment project begins Nov 2025. THE DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH CHANGES DAILY! AS OF 9.12.25 - YOU WILL NEED TO WALK TO PUBLIC ACCESS.
