????Supplied for your stay: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pool towels, cleaning supplies & trash bags to get you through your stay. We also supply clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap so you don't have to run back out to the store.

No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio $500 fine for smoking(We have ground-level seating for this)

No family pets in this unit, the unit is pet-complimentary - a $300 fine for any pet on the property



Guest Access:

High Tide Hideaway is the LEFT side (from the road) of a duplex - Unit 1. The outside of the duplex has the sign "Breaking Free". We have parking for 4 - 5 cars depending on size. The elevator is on the ground level (outside) and reaches all floors. An entrance to stairs is also on ground level.

Refunds are only issued if the city issues an evacuation order, requiring you to leave the island for safety. Unfortunately, weather conditions alone do not qualify for refunds unless they become life-threatening.
