The Space:

The decks on each level offer vistas in all directions, so you can savor a cup of coffee with the sunrise, or a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The modern interior is freshly updated to keep the home fresh and bright. The chef of your group will find the kitchen well outfitted with all their needs to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There's room to have a movie nighttime in the living area, or cozy up with a good book before turning in for the nighttime.

The 4 bedrooms are laid out ideally for families or friend groups, and the 2 bathrooms offer privacy and convenience. Whether you're planning a beach day, a visit to downtown Oak Island, or a peaceful day at home, Coral Oasis has everything you need! Come and visit!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The Neighborhood:
Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is fashionable for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.
