Oceanview / Private Pool / Elevator

This is a handsome, high end five bedroom Townhome with a private pool, an elevator, giant rooftop deck, and ocean vistas! We are a short five min. walk to the beach and public beach access and we provide a beach cart. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. We also have enormous balconies off the living room as well as the primary bedrooms. We have parking for four cars.

Everything is brand new. Open kitchen/dining/living room with a gas log fireplace. All tv's are Roku Intelligent tv's. Keurig and drip coffeemakers.

Savor all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive car you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

April 2025: The private pool is currently under construction and will be 9'w x 28'L x 3.5' - 5' deep. It is expected to be complete by the first week in July. Photos are renderings.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Getting the most from your rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
