Parlor in the sun....poolside, or swim some laps to cool off. Bring the fishing gear and catch fresh fish or crabs, just outside the back door. Walk down to your private boat dock and hop aboard your boat for a fast evening cruise out to dinner, with numerous great ICW front eateries to choose from. But wait....there's more!! The beach is just a short walk from the home. And don't forget about those amazingly glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets, with the best vistas from your private covered gazebo on the Intracoastal Waterway!

This appealing home accommodates up to 8 guests. On the main level, you will savor the comfortable furnishings in the modern living room, with 2 sitting areas, and a roomy dining room and well equipped kitchen. You will appreciate the convenience of the washer & dryer located near the kitchen. The master suite is also located on the main level, complete with a king size bed and full private bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the second level. Each of these 2 bedrooms are complete with both a queen and a twin bed, and share the bathroom on this level. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen TVs and cablevision. Appreciate the cool breeze of the ceiling fans included in all rooms, as well as on the porches. You will really appreciate the beach cart supplied for carrying all of the necessary items required for a day on the beach. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and salt in the outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water and a dressing area.
