Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units. Outdoor hot and cold running water is generally available each year from April through October. Weather permitting, outdoor water can be turned on outside these dates by request.

When to go & When to book:

  • To find the best rental within budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean?
